MTV Live is a gargantuan thrill machine of epic proportion. If you're going to die laughing at one TV program this year, make it MTV Live.

The show features a gang of misfits including pop culture junkie and musician Nicole Holness, comedic everyman Paul Lemieux, local loud-mouth correspondent Sheena Snively and hilarious contributor, award-winning comedian Dave Merheje.

MTV Live has been described as "hilarious", "groundbreaking" and "unavailable in my area".

The format of MTV Live is best described by Paul the Intern as "all the stuff you don't see on other shows." And a whole lot more.

In closing, if you have a half hour to kill, and our show happens to be on in your area, give us a try. And if you don't like it, maybe it's not for you.

MTV Live is on a break until January 2013, planning for a new launch in a new studio and a new set! Keep checking in for details.

Getting his start as an actual intern at MTV, Paul "The Intern" Lemieux spent hours transcribing tapes as a Production Assistant before making the jump to become part of the MTV LIVE team. Never one to say "no" to any ridiculous task thrown his way, Paul has pulled off some of those most insane, disgusting, and downright hilarious stunts on the show.

Paul became a regular personality on MTV LIVE in 2006. The show, including host Daryn Jones and co-hosts Nicole Holness and Sheena Snively engage their devoted fans in a nightly talk program littered with controversial and gut-wrenching skits.

Paul has delivered some of the most memorable MTV LIVE moments, including getting shot with a paintball gun by Mark Wahlberg, fighting with host Daryn Jones in a live "tussle in the temple" boxing match and applying to be P. Diddy's assistant by submitting a video-application, which appeared on CNN and OPRAH. His unique skits titled "One On One With Paul Lemieux", featuring a-listers such as the Jonas Brothers, Ke$ha, and JERSEY SHORE cast members Ronnie and JWoww have earned him critical acclaim from Perez Hilton and more. Paul also showcases his musical talent on the show with his rap skits, including his solo rap debut "Fabulous".

Paul has interviewed an array of personalities from Tom Cruise, Jason Segal, Paul Rudd, Shia LaBoeuf, Johnny Knoxville, and Colin Greenwood from his all-time favourite band Radiohead. Paul also gets some face-time with MTV viewers as a street correspondent, interviewing random locals at events across Canada.

Paul attended Niagara College where he obtained his diploma in television production where he won an award for best directed news magazine show "Inside Niagara." Paul is a music junkie with an impressive record collection, can recite any episode of The Simpsons, and is a baseball nut with season tickets to the Toronto Blue Jays.

Nicole Holness shares the group hosting duties for MTV Live, MTV's flagship program. She is also one of the regular co-hosts for MTV's Live Chats that air in between regular programming and during commercial breaks where she and a fellow host interact with viewers across Canada and dish about the programming.

"Co-Cole," as she was christened by her fellow MTV hosts, is a multicultural Toronto-native who counts Jamaican, British, Irish, Scottish and East Indian amongst her background. Although she studied Fashion Design and Marketing at the International Academy of Design, her love of music took her away from the fashion scene and into another kind of spotlight.

As one part of the Canadian R&B group, X-Quisite, Nicole and her bandmates were nominated for a JUNO Award in the R&B/Soul Recording of the year category. The group also snagged nominations for Best New Artist at the 2002 Urban Music Awards of Canada and the 2002 Canadian Radio Awards.

Since joining the MTV team, Nicole has interviewed numerous guests including Akon, Bif Naked and Lily Allen. When asked about the best part of interviewing these famous faces Nicole says, "I have learned that everyone is different and that the most challenging part of an interview is to find how to relate to each individual so that they have a positive experience."

When she's not working, this auto lover enjoys "stripping down and re-designing cars with my friends at the auto body shop." She even hopes to take part in a Formula One race on day. Fluent in French, Nicole is currently studying sign-language and enjoys baking and writing music in her spare time.

"I've done things I never thought I could do. I've been able to interact with viewers and learn so much about them in their best and most vulnerable moments. I love the path that I'm on right now. To live is to learn."
